摘  要:采用卡介菌多糖核酸(BCG-PSN)对ICR小鼠进行急性毒性、亚慢性毒性和致突变作用试验,探讨BCG-PSN对应用动物的毒理学效应及其致突变程度。结果表明:小鼠腹腔注射BCG-PSN后LD50>2 000mg.kg-1,在其最大溶解度范围内无急性毒性;BCG-PSN对小鼠的亚慢性毒性试验表明,高剂量(100mg.kg-1)BCG-PSN组小鼠在用药后的48h内表现扎堆、畏寒、不喜运动、被毛蓬松等,以后逐渐好转的毒性反应;长期大剂量应用BCG-PSN会诱使动物出现轻微贫血和肾脏损伤,但在中、低剂量条件下长期使用是安全的;小鼠骨髓微核试验和精子畸形试验结果均呈阴性,表明BCG-PSN的致突变作用较弱。To investigate the toxicological effect of Bacillus CalmetteGuerin-polysaccharide-nucleic acid (BCG-PSN) on animals, the acute toxicity, inferior-chromice toxicity, mutagenic actions of BCG-PSN to ICR mice were studied in this paper. The results revealed that the LDs0of BCG-PSN in mice was higher than 2 000 mg kg-1 which is the maximum dissolubility of BCG-PSN, showing that there was no acute toxicity to mice. The inferior-chronic toxicity of high dose group (1 000 mg .kg-1) in mice revealed that BCG-PSN resulted in the toxic responses characterized by chilly, move reduction, the fur fluffiness, diarrhea and more eye secretion within 48 h after BCG-PSN injection. The slight anemia and weak kidney injure can be induced with high dosage and long time exposure to BCG-PSN injection, however there were no toxic responses with middle and low dose after long time exposure to BCG-PSN. The negative results of the cellular med- ullares micronucleus test and the teratospermia test demonstrated that BCC^PSN has low mutagenic action.
