摘 要:以瓢虫为研究对象,研究低剂量吡虫啉对瓢虫控害效能及其抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明:低剂量吡虫啉(0.01、0.1、0.2、1mg.kg-1)能显著提高瓢虫的捕食量及相对活力,从而增强其控害效能。药后48h,低剂量吡虫啉可诱导瓢虫捕食量的Hormesis效应。在吡虫啉胁迫下异色瓢虫抗氧化酶活性变化明显,瓢虫体内超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性无显著变化,而处理后24、72h,过氧化氢酶活性显著下降。该研究结果对害虫综合治理具有实践意义,有助于进一步了解Hormesis效应的产生机理。Hormesis, a phenomenon characterized by a low dose stimulation and high dose inhibition, is a hot research area. Effect of the antioxidant enzyme activity and the pest-controlling efficacy of the low dose of imidacloprid on Harmonia axyridis were studied. Result indicated that the amount of ladybird predation and relative activity increased signifi- cantly, and enhanced the pest-controlling efficacy of H. axyridis, at the treatment of the low dose imidacloprid (0. 01, 0. 1, 0.2, 1 mg .kg 1 ). The hormetic effect of imidacloprid on the amount of predation of H. axyridis was induced at the 48 hour (h) after treatment. Result from activity of the antioxidant enzyme showed that there were not significant difference between the treatment and control (CK) about the activities of SOD and GSH-Px. But, the activity of CAT decreased at 24 and 72 h after treatment. Result from this study is helpful to understand the mechanism of Hormesis, and the integrated pest management.
