摘　　要：近年来,西藏财政积极支持经济发展,增加财政收入,立足国计民生,加大对公共服务领域的投入,公共服务能力大幅提高,完成了公共财政的巨大转变,基本满足了西藏人民对公共服务及公共产品的需求并逐步使其均等化,同时财政体制更加公平、公开、透明,有效保障了西藏的政权建设和社会的稳定发展。今后一段时期,西藏财政要进一步改善民生,支持经济发展方式的转变,促进和谐西藏、小康西藏、稳定西藏和生态西藏的目标实现。The reform of public finance in Tibet has been completed in recent years.Investment in public service sectors is increasing and the capacities of public service enhanced.A fair,open and transparent financial system has safeguarded effectively the construction of the political power and the development of the society in Tibet.In the next few years,the public finance in Tibet should continue to support the projects of people's livelihood and the transformation of economic development in order to realize the construction of a harmonious,well-off,stable and ecological Tibet.
