老年高血压合并冠心病患者心电监护微创种植手术10例报告

摘　　要：目的:对老年高血压合并冠心病患者在心电监护下行微创种植手术进行初步临床观察。方法:对10例老年高血压合并冠心病患者进行术前评估,在全程心电监护下完成种植手术,观察患者术前、术中心率、血压、心电图等情况,记录麻醉术前、中、后和术前、中、后的血压、心率的变化;并对术区出血等情况进行观察。结果:10例患者顺利完成种植体植入术,无并发症发生。结论:老年高血压合并冠心病患者通过术前积极沟通,术中微创,全程心电监护下种植手术是可行的。Objective： To discuss the experience in flapless dental implantation under electrocardiographic monitoring in the Elderly patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease by analyzing the variance of heart rate, blood pressure and electrocardiogram during the operation. Methods： According to the risk stratification, 10 patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease were very high risk. During the process of dental implantation, the heart rate, blood pressure and electrocardiogram of patients were monitored. Results： Flapless dental implantation was completed smoothly in 10 cases. Conclusion： Patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease have risk in dental implantation. Strict case screening, pre-and post-operation preventive measures and electrocardiographic monitoring are the guarantee of successful implant. Further study is needed to determine the long-term results.
