摘  要:岭澳核电厂二期3号机汽轮机旁路系统(GCT)阀门,在机组调试阶段投自动(通过数字化仪表控制系统逻辑自动控制)后不断出现各种故障和问题。本文分析了GCT系统阀门的用途、重要性及其控制回路,重点分析了L3GCT121VV阀门故障引发机组自动停堆的事件,全面解释了GCT121VV阀门在投自动后产生的问题、事件的发展过程,并提出了对GCT系统阀门投自动后预防类似事件再次发生的思路。Various faults and problems of machine turbine bypass system valves in unit NO. III of LingAo nuclear power plant were emerging constantly after voting automatically during the commissioning phase of the unit. This paper analyzes the use of the GCT system valves, the importance of the valves and its control loop, analyzes the automatic shutdown events triggered by L3GCT121VV valve failure. Comprehensive explanation of the GCTI21VV valve problems generated and the development process of the events after casting automatically has been made.
