摘　　要：本文通过对抗菌药物通过血脑屏障及其影响因素进行分析和总结,发现β-内酰胺及酶抑制剂、第三代头孢菌素和万古霉素等抗菌药物在脑膜炎时的血脑屏障通透率较为理想,抗菌效果显著,安全性较高,可广泛用于神经外科。Through analyzing and summarizing the blood-brain barrier permeability rate of different antimicrobials and factors, we found that β-Lactam and β-Lactam enzyme inhibitors antibiotics, third-generation cephalosporins and vancomycin were widely used in neurosurgery because of the low toxicity and good penetration into cerebrospinal fluid in the presence of meningitis.
