临床药师对1例冠脉三支病变伴混合型高脂血症患者的用药实践分析

摘　　要：一例77岁女患,以"胸骨后烧灼样疼痛2天"入院,冠脉造影检查发现患者冠脉三支病变,建议外科治疗,患者血脂异常,总胆固醇(10.25mmol/L)、甘油三酯(8.5mmol/L)均偏高,双侧颈动脉狭窄,针对患者目前血脂与血管情况医生在服用阿托伐他汀的同时加用非诺贝特药物调血脂。考虑到患者年龄偏大,基础疾病较严重,临床药师为患者服用降脂药物制定了用药监护计划,降低患者联用降脂药物增加的不良反应风险。A 77-year-old female patient, with the burning pain after the breastbone 2 days to the hospital. The patient was detected by coronary angiography and the result shown that the patient was three teams of coronary artery lesions and surgical solutions may be proposed. The other results also shown that the patient was sdyslipidemia with higher levels of total cholesterol （10.25mmol/L） and triglycerides （8.Smmol/L） and carotid artery stenosis. The doctor asked patient to take atorvastatin and add a fenofibrate blood fat according to the blood and blood vessels situation. Because of elder and severe basic diseases, clinical pharmacists formulated the drug monitoring meter of cholesterol-lowering drugs for patient to reduce the risk of adverse reactions combined lipid- lowering drugs.
