摘  要:采用专家访谈、问卷调查和实地考察法,以常州市部分中小学体育教师为调查对象,对体育教师专业化现状进行调查研究。结果显示:中小学体育教师专业化现状与标准尚有差距;其年龄、学历、职称结构的比例需进一步改善;体育教师工作量大、社会地位低、科研能力较为薄弱。提出坚持职前培养、入职教育、职后提高一体化的理念和完善骨干教师梯队,构建发展性评价体系等建议。This paper makes an investigation on 235 P.E teachers in 30 middle schools and primary schools in Changzhou by using the methodology of expert interview, questionnaire and site visits. The results showed that there are still gaps of the professional status and standards of primary and middle school PE teachers through the analysis of the specialization situation for PE teachers. Furthermore, proportion of their age, education, job title structure which are unreasonable. To solve the problems of heavy workload, low social status and weak research capacity, several recommendations which are strengthen the entry of new teacher education, perfecting the backbone teachers' echelon, building the developing evaluation system should be made. In addition, the concept of integration of pre-employment training, recruits education, vocational improved should be persisted.
