摘 要:分别研究了碱度为0.92,1.0,1.14,碱度为1.0时Al2O3的质量分数为4.3%,5.0%,6.1%时中碳钢宽厚板连铸结晶器保护渣粘度和熔化温度的变化.试验结果表明,随着保护渣的碱度由0.92升高到1.14,保护渣的粘度逐渐降低.碱度的不断增加保护渣的半球点温度迅速上升.本渣系中随着Al2O3的质量分数由4.3%增加到6.1%,保护渣粘度逐渐降低,保护渣粘度的降低保证了保护渣的润滑特性.Al2O3质量分数的增加对保护渣半球点温度的影响不是很剧烈,对保护渣的熔化温度起到降低的作用.The viscosity and melting temperature changes of mold flux of medium carbon steel in wide and heavy plate continuous casting were studied under slag basicity of 0.92,1.0,1.14,and Al2O3 mass fraction of 4.3%,5%,6.1% under slag basicity of 1.0.The test results show that,with the slag basicity increased from 0.92 to 1.14,the viscosity of the mold flux reduces gradually,and the hemisphere temperature of the mold flux rises rapidly.With the increase of Al2O3 content in the slag system from 4.3% to 6.1%,the viscosity of the mold flux is reduced gradually,which ensured good lubrication characteristics of the mold flux.The effect of Al2O3 content increase on the hemisphere temperature of the mold flux is not very intense,helping to reduce the melting temperature of the mold flux.
