摘 要:利用砌块厂的生产设备和原材料成型290 mm×180 mm×140 mm石渣粉混凝土空心砌块,以该砌块砌筑框架填充墙.在恒温恒湿状态下,通过三次湿胀三次干缩的交替循环,系统测试单掺聚丙烯纤维、单掺膨胀剂和双掺聚丙烯纤维与膨胀剂对砌块填充墙湿胀干缩变形的影响.试验结果和理论分析表明,单掺聚丙烯纤维虽最有效地限制它的湿胀干缩变形,但双掺聚丙烯纤维与膨胀剂最有利于提高其抗裂性.Stone ballast concrete hollow block(290 mm×180 mm×140 mm) was formed using production equipment and raw materials of a concrete block factory,with which the wall in frame building was filled.The influence of polypropylene fiber,expansion agent and both of them together on moisture expansion and dry shrinkage of the filled wall were systematically tested by alternation of 3 times of the moisture expansion and 3 times of the drying shrinkage one by one under constant temperature and humidity.The testing results and theoretical analysis slowed that polypropylene fiber is the most effective to restrain its moisture expansion and drying shrinkage.However,the block doubly blended with polypropylene fiber and expansion agent can effectively improve the crack-resistance of the wall filled with the block.
