摘　　要：高校学报编辑的职业道德直接影响着学报的质量,加强学报编辑的职业道德素养十分必要。阐述了高校学报编辑的职业道德内涵,提出了如何加强高校学报编辑的道德素养,即甘当"人梯"、乐于奉献,作风正派、秉公办事,精细严谨、一丝不苟,态度谦和、善待作者与读者,与时俱进、加强学习。Professional morals of university journal editors directly influence the joumal quality, and it is necessary to strengthen the training. Elaborates the connotation of professional morals in journal editing and presents how to enforce editorial ethics, that is ＂always ready to work as ladders＂, dedication, upright style, impartially handling affairs, fine rigorous, being strict in editing work; modest attitude, kindly treating author and readers, advancing with the times and strengthening study.
