大学治理视域下行业高校管理体制改革探索

摘　　要：管理体制的改革创新对于新时期行业高校实现内涵式发展具有至关重要的作用。目前,行业高校在内部管理体制、权力配置、管理机制和管理队伍等方面还存在不少问题。科学运用大学治理理论探索行业高校管理体制改革,不仅可以进一步明确行业高校管理改革的方向,同时有利于优化行业高校内部治理结构,激发行业高校办学活力并创新其内部管理体制与机制。In the new period, innovation of the management reform is crucial to the development of u-iversities with industrial features. At present, there are some problems about internal management system, power configuration, management mechanism and team at the universities. Therefore, by university governance theory, we can not only solve these problems, but also optimize the internal governance structure and innovate internal management system and mechanism of universities.
