摘　　要：在当前社会背景下,医患矛盾日益凸显,医务人员面临着前所未有的职业紧张。作者通过概述职业紧张对医务人员身心健康及服务质量的影响,评价职业紧张的影响因素,为医院管理者改进管理方法,促进提高医务人员的心理生理健康,提高医务人员的生命质量和医疗服务质量,促进社会和谐提供依据。Under the current social background, the contradiction between doctor and patient increasingly prominent, medical per-sonnel face the unprecedented occupational stress. This paper summarized the influence of the occupational stress on health of medi-cal staff and the quality of service, and evaluated the influencing factors of occupational stress, in order to provide evidence for per-fecting management methods, improving psychological and physiological health of medical personnel, increasing the life quality of the medical staff and medical service quality, and promoting the social harmony.
