摘　　要：目的比较组氨酸-色氨酸-酮戊二酸（HTK）液和含血停搏液对体外循环（CPB）后未成熟心脏内皮激活和炎性反应的影响。方法14头乳猪随机分为HTK液组（H组）和含血停搏液组（B组），建立CPB模型，停机2h测定冠状动脉和心肌组织内皮型-氧化氮合酶（eNOS）、血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）、诱生型-氧化氮合酶（iNOS）、肿瘤坏死因子-仪（TNF-a）、白细胞介素（IL）-1β、IL-2的含量。结果冠状动脉eNOS和VEGF的含量，H组分别为（0．74±0．29）U／g和（6．71±0．87）ng／g，B组分别为（O．51±0．23）U／g和（7．96±1．39）ng／g（P〉0．05）；心肌组织iNOS、TNF-a、IL-1β和IL-2的含量，H组分别为（0．28．-t-O．12）IU／g、（3．Ol±0．87）、（1．55±0．48）、（2．45±0．92）pg／mg，B组分别为（0．20±0．10）IU／g、（2．90±0．77）、（1．37±0．53）、（2．29±0．89）pg／mg（P〉0．05）。结论与含血停搏液比较，HTK液能保持eNOS、VEGF在冠状动脉内皮的表达，不增加心肌组织iNOS和早期炎性因子的表达。Objective To compare the effect of two kinds of cardioplegia on endothelial activation and inflammatory response in immature heart during cardiopulmonary bypass （CPB）. Methods Fourteen piglets, randomized to histidine-tryptopban-ketoglutarate （HTK） group （H group） and blood cardioplegia group （B group） , were put on CPB. The coronary artery and ventricular tissues after CPB were assayed for the contents of endothelial nitrogen oxygen synthetic enzyme （ eNOS）, vascular endothelial growth factor （ VEGF）, inducible nitrogen oxygen synthetic enzyme （ iNOS）, tumor necrotic factor-or （ TNF-a）, inter- leukin-lβ （IL-1β） and IL-2. Results There were no significant differences in the contents of eNOS and VEGF in coronary vessels and iNOS, TNF-a, IL-1β and IL-2 in myocardium between H group and B group （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Compared with blood cardioplegia, HTK solution can preserve the contents of eNOS and VEGF in coronary endothelium and Prevent the over-expression of iNOS and pro-inflammatory cytokines in mvocardium.
