摘 要:阐述了正交试验法的基本原理,建立了盘式无铁心永磁同步发电机优化设计的数学模型,并在优选磁极形状的基础上采用正交试验法配置磁极外径、极弧系数和磁极厚度与气隙长度的比值等,以提高平均气隙磁通密度、降低漏磁系数。电磁场有限元仿真结果表明优化后电机的平均气隙磁通密度增加28.3%,漏磁系数减小5.42%,验证了正交试验法用于盘式无铁心永磁同步发电机优化设计的可行性。The basic principle of orthogonal experimental method (OEM) was analyzed and the mathematical model of optimization design for coreless axial flux permanent magnet synchronous generator (CAF-PMSG) was also built up. The shape of poles is firstly preferred and then OEM was adopted to optimize the structure. Pole outside diameter, pole arc coef- ficient and the ratio between pole thickness and air gap length were rational allocation to improve the average air gap flux density and reduce leakage coefficient. Electromagnetic finite element simulation results of the optimized generator demon- strate that average air gap flux density is increased by 28.3% and leakage coefficient is reduced by 5.42%, which verify the correctness of OEM to optimize CAF-PMSG.
