摘　　要：在总结当前国内外图书馆移动服务现状的基础上,分析移动服务建设中存在的问题,提出移动数字图书馆服务体系理念,认为该体系的建设应包括基础支撑层、内容层、技术实现层和用户层4个方面。最后,通过国家图书馆移动服务"掌上国图"的实践予以说明。This paper summaries the mobile service status of libraries at home and abroad, and analyzes the issues in the mobile service. Then it proposes the service system philosophy of mobile digital library, which contain underlying support layer, content layer, technology layer and user layer. Finally, it takes ＂ Hand - held library of the National Library of China （ NLC ） ＂ for example, which is the in - depth exploration of mobile digital library service system NLC has done.
