摘 要:针对目前铝板带加工厂所接订单大多为小批量、多规格的现状,分析了利用计算机系统对铸锭进行合理分配的必要性。介绍了热轧卷材生产工艺的大致流程,在此基础上建立了以利润最大化为优先的铸锭分配模型,同时该模型也具备多个其他目标函数,可根据实际需求在各目标函数间切换。根据生产现场提供的铸锭和订单数据,计算几种基于不同目标的结果供选择。此外,本模型针对库存总量和成品结构发生临时改变的情况,亦给出了相关的计算结果。现场应用结果表明,本模型的分配结果相对人工分配具有较大的优越性。Based on the actuality that most of the orders are the type of small batch and multiple speci- fications, the necessity for ingot assignment computer system is analysed. The overall technological process is introduced, a new ingot assignment model with the target of max profit has been established. At the same time, this model also contains some other objective functions. Users can change the func- tion according to the actual requirement at any time. According to the number of ingots and orders, sev- eral results based on different objects are supplied. Furthermore, at the case of stocks and productions are changed casually, the results can be supplied easily. The results of on-line application indicate that the model result has more advantages than the artificial distribution.
