摘 要:根据重卷机组出口卷取机软带套筒穿带的工艺特点,提出了一种简便高效的自动穿带方法,在实现带头的软带区域高精度定位的基础上又保证了生产效率。从软带套筒特点、测量环节选取及可行性分析、穿带方式改进及具体算法实现等几个方面证明了该方法在硬件配置和理论上的可行性。该方法在现场应用效果良好,为类似项目的实施提供了宝贵的实践经验。A kind of simple, convenient and high efficient automatic threading method is proposed ac- cording to the technical features of winder threading with soft-zone sleeve in the exit of recoiling line, and the production efficiency is also ensured on the basis of realization of the high precision positioning with strip head on soft-zone area. The features of soft-zone sleeve, the option of measuring element and the feasibility analysis ,the improvement with threading mode ,the realization of concrete algorithm and so on, prove that this method is feasible in the hardware configuration and theory. The effect of this method in site commissioning is well, and which provide the valuable practical experiences for the im- plementation of similar projects.
