摘 要:2011年,2个免疫过鸭瘟疫苗的樱桃谷北京鸭种鸭群发生鸭瘟。为了解该病发生是否与鸭瘟病毒(Anatid herpes-virus 1,AnHV1)变异有关,从发病场采集4份病死鸭的肝脏样品,用PCR检测和病毒分离进行了鉴定,并经UL2测序和序列分析确定1株AnHV1分离株(W1)具有强毒株的分子特征。在此基础上,测定并比较了W1株和3株AnHV1弱毒疫苗的囊膜糖蛋白序列。结果显示,分离株W1株与3株弱毒疫苗株之间gB、gC、gD、gG、gH、gM、gN和gL蛋白的氨基酸序列完全相同,gE、gI和gK蛋白的氨基酸序列同源性为99%。结果表明,相对于我国养鸭生产中常用的弱毒疫苗株,分离株W1株的囊膜糖蛋白序列未发生明显的变异。In 2011, the occurrence of duck viral enteritis (DVE) was observed in two breeder flocks of Cherry Valley Pekin ducks which had been immunized with DVE live vaccine. To investigate the potential relationship be- tween the disease and genetic variation of Anatid herpesvirus 1 (AnHV1), 4 liver specimens were collected and de- tected by PCR and virus isolation. An AnHV1 strain (Wl) was isolated and demonstrated as a virulent strain by sequencing and analysis of the UL2. Subsequently, the nucleotide sequences of all glycoprotein-encoding regions of W1 and three AnHV1 live vaccines were determined. Comparative sequence analysis indicated that the Wl isolate and the three vaccines were identical in 8 (gB, gC, gD, gG, gH, gM, gN and gL) of 11 glycoproteins and 99% similar in the remaining 3 glycoproteins (gE, gI and gK) in their amino acid sequences. The present study demon- strates that no significant variation is observed in glycoproteins of AnHV1 isolate compared with the vaccine strains commonly used in our country.
