生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌锻炼与单纯盆底肌锻炼治疗女性压力性尿失禁效果的对比研究

摘　　要：目的比较生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌肉功能锻炼与单纯盆底肌肉功能锻炼治疗女性压力性尿失禁的疗效.方法将患有轻、中度压力性尿失禁的病人96例随机分为观察组与对照组,每组48例,观察组采用生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌肉功能锻炼法治疗,对照组仅采用盆底肌肉功能锻炼（即凯格尔运动）法治疗,治疗后比较两组有效率及生活质量的改善情况.结果两组病人经过治疗后,生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌肉功能锻炼治疗压力性尿失禁有效率及生活质量改善情况明显高于单纯盆底肌肉功能锻炼.结论生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌肉功能锻炼是预防及治疗女性轻、中度压力性尿失禁的有效方法.Objective To compare the curative effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle ex -ercises and simple pelvic floor muscle function exercise in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence .Methods Divide 96 patients with light or moderate stress urinary incontinence randomly into the observation group and control group with 48 cases in each group.The ob-servation group was treated with biofeedback electric stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle exercises therapy ,while the control group only with pelvic floor muscle exercises （i.e.Kegel exercises）.Then compare the efficiency and quality of life improvement between the two groups.Results After the treatment,the efficiency and improvement in life quality of the group treated with biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle functional exercise were obviously higher than that of the group treated simply with pelvic floor muscle exer -cise.Conclusion The biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy combined with pelvic floor muscle exercises is an effective method in the prevention and treatment of women＇s light or moderate stress urinary incontinence .
