摘　　要：目的探讨多层螺旋CT（MSCT）评价胰腺恶性肿瘤侵犯结肠的应用价值.方法回顾性分析8例胰腺癌和1例胰腺囊腺癌侵犯结肠患者的MSCT资料,分别观察记录胰腺肿块的大小、形态和部位,横结肠系膜肿块情况,结肠受累部位和强化情况等.结果①胰腺肿块纵向侵犯结肠,其中,结肠肝曲受累1例,横结肠受累5例,结肠脾曲受累3例;结肠受累表现为结肠后壁不均匀增厚、强化（7例）,结肠肠壁不均匀环形增厚、强化（2例）.8例显示横结肠系膜肿块,且系膜肿块与胰腺肿块和结肠病变相续;②胰腺恶性肿瘤侵犯结肠途径为：胰腺肿块经横结肠系膜侵犯结肠,胰腺肿块经横结肠系膜和脾肾韧带侵犯结肠,胰腺肿块直接侵犯结肠.结论 MSCT可以良好地显示胰腺恶性肿瘤侵犯结肠的解剖细节.Objective To study the value of MSCT evaluating the involvement of the colon by pancreatic malignant tumor .Meth-ods The CT images of 8 cases of pancreatic cancer and 1 case of pancreatic cystadenocarcinoma were reviewed retrospectively .Emphasis was placed on the following findings：the size,shape and location of the pancreatic mass;the appearance of the transverse mesocolon;the location and extent of the colon involvement .Results ①The CT appearance of colon involvement was manifested as thicken wall of the colon （1 case of hepatic flexure,5 cases of transverse colon,and 3 cases of splenic flexure）.Eight cases showed mesenteric mass connected with the pancre-atic masses and colonic lesion.②The route of pancreatic mass involving the colon included：along the transverse colon,along the transverse colon and the splenorenal ligament and directly involving the colon .Conclusion MSCT can show the detail of the involvement of the colon by the pancreatic malignant tumor .
