摘　　要：目的总结眶上动脉蒂反流耳廓复合组织瓣修复鼻翼缺损的方法和经验办法8例病例均采用眶上动脉蒂反流耳廓复合组织瓣修复鼻翼缺损，包括较大面积的缺损。结果本组8例均取得较好效果．修复的鼻翼弧度自然、色泽形态较正常，患者满意纳论眶上动脉蒂反流耳廓复合组织瓣修复鼻翼缺损虽然有一定的局限性，但该方法简单易行、成功率高。Objective To summarize the methods and experiences of repairing nasal alar defect with reversal flow auricular composite tissue flap based on supraobital artery.Methods The nasal alar defects that including large area with reversal flow auricular composite tissue flap based on supraobital artery in 8 patients were repaired.Results All the 8 patients achieved good results.The curvature ,color and shape were very close to the alanasal skin,with excellent results.Conclusion There are some limitations in the method,but it is simple,safe and successful easily,also it is valuable on clinical application
