摘  要:目的:研究枳实和白芍配伍后化学成分在质和量上的变化。方法:采用HPLC比较枳实-白芍单煎液与合煎液中各成分的变化,色谱柱为Syncronis-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),柱温25℃,流动相乙腈-0.3%磷酸水溶液,检测波长230nm。结果:方法学考察表明,所用色谱条件符合定性和定量研究要求,确定了19个共有峰,并初步对各共有峰进行归属判断,其中8个成分含量增加,而9个成分含量降低。枳实-白芍配伍后化学成分没有发生质的改变,但含量上发生了显著变化。结论:中药复方的配伍并不是单味中药的简单相加,而是有一定科学依据的。Objective: To study the changes of quality and quantity of chemical components in compatibility of Zhishi Shaoyao Powder. Method: HPLC was used to determine and analyze the peaks change of chemical components of single and co-decoction.The determination of Fructus Aurantii Immaturus and Radix Paeoniae Alba was performed on Syncronis-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.3% phosphoric-water at detection wavelength of 230 nm. Result: Nineteen peaks were selected as the fingerprint peaks.It was found that eight ingredients were increased and nine were decreased.This indicated that some changed more in all chemical components of co-decoction than single decoction. Conclusion: The compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine is not the simple adding of single herbs, but it includes some scientific base.
