摘　　要：目的:探讨代谢综合征(MS)中医证型与胰岛素抵抗(IR)及C-反应蛋白(CRP)、瘦素(LEP)的相关性。方法:检测99例确诊的MS患者的血脂,空腹血糖(FPG),空腹血浆胰岛素(FIns),CRP,LEP等指标,与24例体检正常的患者作对照,运用Sas9.13分析中医证型与各检测指标的相关性。结果:MS中医各证型组血脂,FPG,Fins,CRP,LEP均高于正常组,具有可比性P<0.05,并且有一定规律。结论:MS各中医证型与IR及CRP,LEP密切相关,可将CRP,LEP作为辨证分型的参考指标。Objective： To explore the metabolic syndrome （MS） and traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndrome type of insulin resistance（IR）and C-reactiveprotein （CRP）, leptin （LEP） correlation. Method： Testing ninety-nine cases diagnosed patients with MS of blood lipid, fasting plasma glucose （FPG）, fasting plasma insulin （FIns）, CRP, LEP etc index, and 24 cases of patients with normal physical examination as a control, Sas9.13 analysis application of TCM syndrome type and the detection index correlation. Result： MS TCM syndrome type group the blood fat, FPG, Fins, CRP, LEP are higher than normal group, and there is a certain rule. Conclusion： MS the TCM syndrome type and IR and CRP, LEP closely related, but will CRP, LEP as dialectical parting reference index.
