摘　　要：介绍了近年来七十味珍珠丸药理及临床的研究进展。查阅近年来七十味珍珠丸药理及临床研究的相关文献,并对其进行分析、归纳和总结。七十味珍珠丸含有多种化学成分,具有镇静、抗惊厥、改善循环、降低血压、改善认知功能和脑缺血及调节神经递质和生物光子等作用,主要用于治疗脑卒中、阿尔茨海默病、神经血管性头痛、心绞痛、心肌桥及风湿性关节炎等疾病。目前七十味珍珠丸药理及临床研究尚不够深入,需要采用多种方法,从不同角度进一步探讨。To review the progress in pharmacological and clinical research of Qishiwei Zhenzhu wan.Literatures on the progress in pharmacological and clinical research of Qishiwei Zhenzhu wan in recent years were summarized and analyzed.Qishiwei Zhenzhu wan contained a variety of chemical composition.It has the function of sedation, anticonvulsion, improved circulation, reduced blood pressure, improved cognition and cerebral ischemia, regulated neurotransmitter and Biophoton, mainly used for the treatment of stroke, Alzheimer＇s disease, neurovascular headache, angina pectoris, myocardial bridge, rheumatoid arthritis and other diseases.Pharmacological and clinical research of Qishiwei Zhenzhu wan are superficial.It is necessary for US to carry on further research by using a variety of methods and from different angles.
