摘　　要：目的探讨急性心肌梗死患者医院感染的原因及分析危险因素,并总结预防对策,以减少急性心肌梗死医院感染的发生率。方法对2010年1月-2011年12月在医院治疗的120例急性心肌梗死患者进行医院感染调查,分析其危险因素,并总结预防对策。结果 120例急性心肌梗死患者发生医院感染14例,感染率为11.67%;主要感染部位为呼吸道、泌尿系统、消化道,分别占42.86%、21.43%、21.43%;医院感染的危险因素为年龄、就诊时间、心脏左室功能不全、合并高血压、糖尿病及慢性支气管炎、住院时间、侵入性操作等。结论抗菌药物的预防使用并不能减少医院感染的发生率,缩短住院时间、避免侵入性操作等可有效预防急性心肌梗死患者医院感染的发生。OBJECTIVE To explore the causes and risk factors for the nosocomial infections in acute myocardial infarction patients and to develop the prevention countermeasures so as to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections in the acute myocardial infarction patients. METHODS A total of 120 patients with acute myocardial infarction who were treated in the hospital from Jan 2010 to Dec 2011 were investigated, the risk factors were analyzed,and the prevention countermeasures were put forward. RESULTS Of totally 120 patients with acute myocardial infarction, the nosocomial infections occurred in 14 cases with the infection rate of 11. 67% ; The respiratory tract, urinary tract, and the gastrointestinal tract were dominant in the infection sites, accounting for 42.86% ,21.43%, and 21.43%, respectively. The risk factors for the nosoeomial infections included the age, treatment time, dysfunction of left ventricular heart, complication of hypertension, diabetes, and chronic bronchitis, hospital stay, and invasive operation. CONCLUSION The prophylactic use of antibiotics can not contribute to the decrease in the incidence of nosocomial infections, however, it is an effective way to prevent the nosocomial infections in the patients with acute myocardial infarction by shortening the hospital stay and avoiding the invasive operation.
