摘  要:设计一种基于交错并联技术的5 kW整流器。主电路由两个参数相同的Boost变换器并联而成,同时该电路的两个开关管的驱动信号相差180°,从而使得两个Boost电路工作在交错状态。控制方式采用电压外环和电流内环的双闭环控制策略,并采用TI公司的控制芯片UCC28070来实现。为了验证所提电路的可行性,搭建了一个5 kW的实验样机。实验结果表明,该电路降低了开关器件的损耗,抑制了电流谐波,提高了系统的效率,且输入电流能够很好地跟踪输入电压波形,功率因数校正效果好。A 5 kW rectifier based on interleaved technology is designed. The main circuit is composed of two boost converters connected in parallel, which parameters are in the same. And the drive signal of the two switches is a difference of 180°, so that the two boost circuits are working at interleaving state. Dual-loop control strategy, i. e. , voltage control outer loop and current control inner loop, were adopted, and the controller chip of TI' s UCC28070 was utilized to realize control function. In order to verify the feasibility of the proposed circuit, a 5 kW experimental prototype was build. The experimental results show that, this circuit reduces the switching device loss, restrains the current harmonics and improves the efficiency of the system, and the input current tracks the in- put voltage waveform very well, power factor correction effect is well.
