摘　　要：介绍了有机硅化合物的疏水性能及其原理，详细论述了烷基烷氧基硅烷在水性建筑涂料中的应用，并简要介绍了近年来有机硅建筑防水涂料的研究进展和其作为外墙涂料防水的优势．The paper introduces the water--repellent properties and mechanism of the silicone, describing its application in water--based building coating. The paper also briefs the development of research both at home and abroad in recent years, including its advantage of water--repellence as exterior wall paint.
