摘 要:介绍了用金属氢化物技术从合成氨尾气中分离、净化、储运高纯氢气的基本原理和研究应用结果.这项新技术既解决了化肥厂合成氨尾气放空浪费和污染环境问题,又为浮法玻璃厂和其他行业提供了廉价氢气.经玻璃厂试用,该技术具有显著的节电效果,投资少,生产稳定,玻璃质量良好,使用安全,极为方便,对具备使用条件的新建或老厂技术改造的浮法玻璃厂具有现实的经济技术价值和综合利用的社会效益.It is reported in this Paper that the metal hydride technology, including the elements and some research results, which was used to seperate hydrogen from tail gas of synthetic ammonia and then further to purify, store and transport. This technology not only recovers useful gas which is usually wasted, but also supplys high purity hydrogen for float glass manufacturing. The applieation results in a glass factory shewed that this technology has a series of advantages, such as little electricity consureation, low investment, stable glass manufacturing process, excellent glass quality, safe and convenient to use. It has practically and economically comprehensive utilization effects for technical reform of the float glass factories.
