摘　　要：本文在分析群体决策支持系统研究成果和相关概念的基础上 ,提出了基于 IN-TERNET的群体决策流程、群决策模型系统、群决策中间服务器 MTS的构成、专家端和经理端信息交换实现技术等解决方案。Based on the technology of Internet and the research of group decision support system (GDSS),the paper introduces the decision flow of Internet group decision support system(IGDSS),the structure of IGDSS and its model system,the content and accomplishment of IGDSS server MIT. It also pressents the solution plans and key technologies for decision information processing and its application.
