香菇多糖注射剂致21例不良反应/不良事件文献分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨香菇多糖注射剂致药品不良反应(ADR)/不良事件(ADE)的一般规律及特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:检索1994年1月-2012年12月中国知网和万方数据报道的21例香菇多糖注射剂ADR/ADE病例,对患者的一般情况、用药情况、ADR/ADE发生情况等进行分析。结果:香菇多糖注射剂所致21例ADR/ADE病例中男性16例(76.19%),女性5例(23.81%),>50a年龄组患者ADR/ADE构成比最多,占90.48%,其出现时间多发生于用药后30min内。ADR/ADE主要表现为变态反应和骨骼肌肉系统损害。结论:临床医师、药师应了解香菇多糖注射剂所致ADR/ADE的规律和特点,加强其应用的监测,以减少ADR/ADE的发生。Objective： To explore the general pattern and characteristics of the adverse drug reactions （ADRs） and ad- verse events （ADEs） induced by lentinan injection so as to provide a reference for the rational drug use. Methods： The ADR/ADE case reports published in China National Knowledge Infrastructure （CNKI）and Wanfang Datas from Jan. of 1994 to Dec. of 2012 were collected. A statistical analysis was conducted on 21 ADR/ADE cases induced by lentinan injection and the patients＇ ordinary conditions, the drug use status and clinical features of ADRs/ADEs were analyzed. Results： A- mong the ADR/ADE cases, 16 cases （76.19%） were male and 5 cases （23.81%） were female, and 90.48% occurred in the age group of over 50 years old, which usually occurred within 30 minutes after drug administration. Clinical manifestations of ADRs/ADEs were mainly allergic reactions and damage ofmusculoskeletal system. Conclusion： Doctors and pharmacists should well know the pattern and characteristics of the ADRs/ADEs induced by lentinan injection and the monitoring of drug use should be strengthened to reduce the occurrence of serious ADRs/ADEs.
