摘　　要：目的:探讨乙酰肝素酶(heparanase,HPSE)与人类自然流产的关系及在正常妊娠和自然流产过程中所起的作用。方法:采用免疫荧光法和Western blot检测非意愿性正常妊娠者流产绒毛组织和早期自然流产者流产绒毛中HPSE的表达情况。结果:正常妊娠组的HPSE表达率明显高于自然流产组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:HPSE参与正常妊娠的胚胎植入过程,自然流产的发生可能与HPSE的低表达、胚胎的低植入率有关。Objective： To investigate the relationship of heparanase （HPSE） and human spontaneous abortion and the effect of HPSE in normal pregnancy and spontaneous abortion. Methods： The expression of HPSE in the human normal pregnancy and spontaneous abortion were determined by immunofluorescence staining and Western blot. Results： The expression rates of HPSE in the normal pregnancy group were significantly higher then that in the spontaneous abortion group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion ： HPSE partieipates in the procedure of normal pregnancy, and the lower expression of HPSE and low rate of embryo implantation may relate to the spontaneous abortion.
