血清25羟基维生素D水平与多囊卵巢综合征的关联研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨血清25羟基维生素D〔25(OH)VD〕水平与多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)发病的关联性。方法:采用病例-对照研究分析非肥胖研究对象133例,其中PCOS 72例、非PCOS对照61例。通过问卷调查和自动化平台检测收集研究对象的基本特征,同时检测血清钙和25(OH)VD水平,并将相关指标进行相关性分析。结果:PCOS患者血清25(OH)VD水平显著低于对照组,血清25(OH)VD水平与体质指数、空腹胰岛素、睾酮和胰岛素抵抗都呈明显负相关,与雌二醇呈明显正相关(P<0.05)。结论:血清25(OH)VD水平可作为监测PCOS病理进程的重要标记物,并在PCOS的预防和临床治疗方面具备潜在的应用价值。Objective： To explore the relationship between serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D levels and Polycystic ovarian syndrome （PCOS） in our country. Methods： A case - control study including a total of 133 non - obese subjects （72 PCOS individuals and 61 healthy controls） was used in this study. Basic characteristics were collected by questionnaire and standardized anthropometric measurements. Serum Ca and 25 hydroxyvitamin D concentrations were detected and related indicators were used for correlation analysis. Results： （~Serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D levels were significantly decreased in patients with PCOS compared with controls （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . （2~Serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D concentrations were significantly correlated with body mass index （BMI）, fasting insulin, insulin resistance, testosterone and estradiol. Conclusion： Serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D levels may be the important biomarkers of monitoring the pathogenesis of PCOS, and have potential applications in the prevention and clinical treatment of PCOS.
