尾矿库不同恢复措施对爬地柏生长及生理生化特性的影响

摘　　要：在拉萨当雄拉屋矿山尾矿库设置客土+鸡蛋框、客土+保水剂、客土+保水剂+羊粪、客土+鸡蛋框+羊粪、客土+鸡蛋框+保水剂、客土+鸡蛋框+保水剂+羊粪和对照7种处理进行植被恢复,研究了不同恢复措施对爬地柏(Sabina procumbens(Endl.)Iwata et Kusaka)生长指标和生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:爬地柏在不同处理下,苗高、地径和冠幅都有了不同程度的提高,其中提高最多的是客土+鸡蛋框+保水剂+羊粪处理,苗高、地径、平均冠幅分别比对照提高了100.99%、49.23%、102.31%;生理指标方面,客土+鸡蛋框+保水剂+羊粪处理叶片相对含水量最高,为82.11%,比对照提高了54.37%,叶绿素a和叶绿素b质量分数最多,可溶性糖、脯氨酸质量分数及丙二醛摩尔质量浓度最低,且所有指标与其它处理都差异显著,说明"客土+鸡蛋框+保水剂+羊粪"处理较适于尾矿治理。Compared with control, seven kinds of treatments including carrying soil＋egg basket, carrying soil＋water retaining agent, carrying soil＋water retaining agent＋sheep manure, carrying soil＋egg basket＋sheep manure, carrying soil＋egg basket＋wa- ter retaining agent, carrying soil＋egg basket＋water retaining agent＋sheep manure were conducted for vegetation recovery at Dangxiong Lawu mine area in Tibe to study on the effects of different vegetation restoration on growth, physiological and bi- ochemical characteristics of Sabina procumbens （Endl.） Iwata et Kusaka. The results show that the height, diameter and crown of S. procumbens are improved to some degrees under different treatments. The treatment of carrying soil＋egg basket ＋water retaining agent＋sheep manure improve most, and the seedling height, ground diameter and average crown increase by 100.99%, 49.23% and 102.31%, respectively. For the physiological indexes in leaves, the relative water content by the treatment of carrying soil＋egg basket＋water retaining agent＋sheep manure is 82.11%, 54.37% higher than that of control, respectively, and the chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b contents are most, but soluble sugar, malondiadehyde and proline contents are lowest. All the indexes with different treatments are significantly different. The treatment of carrying soil＋egg basket＋water retaining agent＋sheep manure is best for tailings.
