Influence of EAG(Electroantennogram) and Behavior of Xylotrechus rusticus L.from the Bark Essential Oils of Its Host

摘  要:通过GC-MS分析,鉴定出青杨脊虎天牛(Xylotrechus rusticus L.)蛀屑和寄主杨树皮中92种挥发性物质;选取顺-3-己烯醇和蛀屑中具有的邻甲氧基苯甲醛、反式-1,2-环己二醇、N-乙基苯胺、苯并噻唑、棕榈酸及2种混合物进行触角电生理测试,采用‘Y’型双向选择嗅觉仪对触角电位反应值较大的6种物质的不同质量浓度进行了室内趋向试验。结果表明:雌虫对质量浓度大于10-3g.L-1的7号混合物(由顺-3-己烯醇、邻甲氧基苯甲醛、N-乙基苯胺、苯并噻唑1∶1∶1∶1组成)发生强烈反应(P<0.05,P<0.01),电位反应值最高,达0.497。雄虫对0.1、1.0 g.L-17号混合物均表现出显著的驱避行为(P<0.05)。雌虫对1.0 g.L-1反式-1,2-环己二醇表现出显著的驱避行为,而对0.1 g.L-1苯并噻唑表现出诱引行为(P<0.05)。There are 92 oils in Xylotrechus rustlers L. frasses extraction and the bark essential of Populus pseudo-simoniixP. nigra by GC-MS analysis. Cis-3-hexenol, o-methoxy-benzaldehyde, N-ethylaniline, trans-1,2-cyclohexanediol, benzothia- zole, palmitic acid and two mixtures mixed with monomerie compounds were selected in EAG (electroantennogram) test. Six materials of different concentrations with significant EAG reaction were used in indoor olfactory tests with a Y-type tube. Results showed that the female adults exhibit highly significant EAG responses (P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0.01 ) to 10-3g ~ L-I or higher concentration of No. 7 ( 1 : 1 : 1 : 1 of cis-3-hexenol, o-methoxy-benzaldehyde, N-ethylaniline and benzothi- azo]e). The highest EAG reaction value is up to 0. 497. The taxis response results showed that the male adults of X. rusti- cus L exhibit highly significant repellent reaction to 0.1 g·L-1 or 1 g·L-1 of No. 7, and the female adults exhibit highly significant repellent reaction to 1 g·L-l of trans-1,2-cyclohexanediol and show significant lure responses ( P 〈 0.05 ) to 0.1 g·L-l of benzothiazole.
