摘  要:以白桦(Betula platyphylla)树皮桦木醇提取剩余物为原料,分别采用氯化锌、氢氧化钾、磷酸为活化剂制备活性炭,通过正交设计法对工艺条件进行了优化。结果表明:氯化锌活化法产品的得率高、吸附性能好,优于氢氧化钾和磷酸法,更具有应用价值。氯化锌活化法最佳工艺条件:氯化锌溶液质量分数20%、浸渍时间24 h、活化时间90 min、活化温度600℃,利用此条件制备的活性炭产品碘吸附值1 059.3 mg/g、亚甲基蓝吸附值126 mL/g,产品得率为54.6%。利用白桦树皮桦木醇提取剩余物制备活性炭,可做到白桦树皮生物质资源的完全利用。The white birch bark residue after betulin extraction was collected to prepare activated carbon and optimize the techno- logical conditions by chemical activation methods with ZnC12 , KOH and H3PO4 through orthogonal design. The results showed that the product with higher yield and better absorption activity is gotten with ZnC12 rather than with KOH and H3 PO4. The optimal conditions with ZnC|2 activation are with 20% of ZnCI2 solution, 24 h of impregnating time, 90 rain of extraction activation time and 600 0(: of activation temperature. By the optimal conditions, the adsorption values of iodine and methylene blue are 1 059.3 mg/g and 126 mL/g, respectively, and the yield of activated carbon product is 54.6%. Therefore, the biomass of white birch can be fully used by activated carbon preparation from white birch bark residue after betulin extraction.
