摘　　要：系统梳理我国科研与科普结合的相关政策;分析当前政策存在的主要问题———缺乏配套支持,缺乏刚性约束,缺乏实施细则,缺乏效果评价;在此基础上提出完善我国科研与科普结合政策的建议。The paper summarizes China~ current policy on the combination of scientific research and the popularization of science and technology. It presents several problems based on a systematic analysis, including the absence of implemented support and rigid restraint, the lack of detailed discipline and the effect evaluation. Finally, the paper puts forward a set of suggestions in order to improve the current policy.
