摘　　要：《世界竞争力年鉴》是世界范围内最具有影响力的国家竞争力评价报告。对其评价指标体系的构成、演变和其中所包含的科技指标状况进行分析,指出在应用该评价体系评价我国科技竞争力,正确解读评价结论时应注意的几个问题。World Competitiveness Yearbook （WCY） is the most influential national competitiveness evaluation report in the world. The paper firstly analyzes the structural and its evolution of the national competitiveness evaluation system in WCY, studies the science ＆ technology indicators in the evaluation system, and then points out several important issues which should be paid attention to when using the evaluation system to evaluate the national S＆T competitiveness of China and correctly interpreting its evaluation conclusion.
