摘　　要：为构建应急管理信息系统指标体系,从实际应用角度出发,借鉴关键成功因素法,着重于从系统建设、系统技术水平、应急信息服务水平、系统应用等方面开展系统评价研究,建立指标体系。使用模糊综合评价模型,对应急管理信息系统实例进行评价,验证评价指标体系的科学性和合理性。For the purpose of establishing the evaluation index system of emergency management information system, the paper focused on system evaluation of system construction, system technology and the level of emergency information of system application based on its application and critical success factors. Finally, by applying fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, it evaluated the case of the emergency management information system which verified that the instance of evaluation index system was scientific and rational.
