摘　　要：在深入探讨国际贸易的"低碳经济效应"及国际贸易政策的低碳化趋势的基础上,分析我国对外贸易的"高碳锁定"与路径依赖的原因,进而提出主动参与国际贸易低碳规则的制定、我国外贸模式转型的关键在于促进低碳经济发展的机制设计与政策选择等解锁策略。Based on further discussion of ＂low carbon economy effect＂ of the international trade and the low carbonization trend of the international trade policy, the paper analyzes the ＂high carbon lock - in＂ of our Chinag foreign trade and causes of its path dependence, and then puts forward the unlocking strategy that takes an active part in making low carbon rules in international trade. It considers that the key to the transformation of Chinag foreign trade pattern is the mechanism design and policy options to promote the development of low - carbon economy.
