企业特殊人力资本效率测度及评价

摘　　要：通过界定企业中的特殊人力资本,借助非参数的DEA-Malmquist指数方法,测度西北地区制造企业特殊人力资本效率。研究结果表明,企业特殊人力资本带来的技术进步为企业全要素生产率改善的主要推动力量。技术进步对全要素生产率增长的贡献作用十分明显,但是技术效率变化却相对滞后,技术利用效果不明显。Through the definition of the special human capital in enterprises, the artical calculates the efficiency of special human capital in the northwest manufacturing enterprises, applying the nonparametric method of Malmquist index. The research shows that technical progress brought by special human capital is the main engine of productivity growth in enterprises. The technical progress contribution to the improvement of TFP in the enterprises is very clear, but the technical efficiency change is relatively hysteresis, the effectiveness of technology use is not obvious.
