澳门银行业全要素生产率增长研究——基于Malmquist-Luenberger指数的实证分析

摘　　要：利用Malmquist-Luenberger(ML)指数测度2006-2010年澳门银行业生产率的增长情况,分析19家样本的银行全要数生产率跨期动态变化。结果显示,研究期间,澳门银行业全要数生产率的平均增长率为4.0%,主要源于效率进步的作用。面对金融危机时,总资产小的银行更敏感,总资产大的银行在技术效率变化方面出现滞后性。此外,当不考虑"坏"的产出时,澳门银行业全要素生产率的平均增长率比考虑时高出2个百分点。经过t检验证实备用金显著影响澳门银行业生产率增长水平测度的准确性。The paper measures the total factor productivity of 19 commercial banks in Macao from 2006 to 2010 by making use of the Malmquist - Luenberger （ML） productivity index. The results show the average growth rate of Macao banking industry from 2006 to 2010 is 4. 0% , which is mainly due to the improvement of technological efficiency progress. Facing to the economic crisis, the bank with less total asset is more sensitive, and the bank with lager total asset might have a lag in technological efficiency change. Moreover, productivity growth of Macao banking industry is overestimated for 2% when excluding reserve. Reserve is confirmed by t - test that it has significantly effect on the productivity growth measure in Macan banking industry.
