摘 要:目的了解云南省与缅甸接壤边境地区儿童脊髓灰质炎(脊灰)中和抗体(Neutralizing Antibody,NA)水平。方法采用单纯随机抽样的方法,在保山市、德宏傣族景颇族自治州和临沧市,随机抽取到医院门诊就诊或体检的<15岁儿童进行调查,每个设区的市(州)调查150人,分5个年龄组每个年龄组调查30人,检测脊灰NA。结果脊灰NAI、II、III型阳性率分别为95.11%、97.56%、94.67%,几何平均滴度(Geometric Mean Titers,GMT)分别为1∶90.65,1∶65.31,1∶57.86。随着年龄增长,NAGMT呈现下降趋势,II型和III型NAGMT下降趋势明显。结论云南省与缅甸接壤边境地区<15岁儿童保持较高的NA水平,NAGMT随年龄增长而逐步下降,需保持高的脊灰疫苗接种率,适时采取补充免疫措施。Obiective This paper aims to understand the antibody level of poliomyelitis in children in the border areas of Yunnan province. Methods The samples are collected from young patients and children under 15 years old who went to the hospital to get a physical examination in Baoshan, Dehong and Lincang prefectures. 150 suebeys which are divided into 5 age groups and 30 targets from each group were detected in each prefecture for test their antibody of poliomyelitis. Results Positive rate of neutralization antibody against polio type Ⅰ, type Ⅱ and type Ⅲ were 95.11%, 97.56%and 94.67% respectively. The geometric mean titer (GMT)of polio type Ⅰ, typeⅡ, type Ⅲ were 1:90.65, 1:65.31 and l:57.86.GMT declines with age. Conclusion Children under 15 years have maintain a high immunization rate in the border areas of Yunnan province, the antibody GMT declines with age. Therefore, we need to keep a coverage of OPV under the current situation, and conduct SIAs at suitable time.
