摘  要:本文对乙烯裂解原料中常量含氧化合物分析方法进行研究。考察了阀切换时间、色谱柱温度对实验结果的影响,确定了最佳实验条件。同时对该方法进行了精密度、准确度考察。结果表明:该方法的常量含氧化合物回收率为97.46%~104.35%,重复性和再现性均满足ASTM D 4815—2009要求。采用该气相色谱分析技术,可以准确测定乙烯裂解原料中的常量含氧化合物。It was investigated that the analytical method for general amounts of oxygen-contained compounds in raw materials for ethylene cracking. The influences of valve switching time and chromatographic column temperature on the results of analysis were observed, and the optimal analytical conditions determined. Besides, the accuracy and precision of the method were verified. The results showed that the repeatability and reproducibility met the requirements of ASTM D 4815--2009, and the recoveries of added standards tests were from 97.46% to 104.35%. The oxygen-contained compounds in raw materials for ethylene cracking can be measured accurately with the gas chromatography analytical method.
