摘　　要：中国石油化工股份有限公司(简称中国石化)石油化工科学研究院研制的RPD脱钙剂在中国石化荆门分公司2#常减压蒸馏装置应用后,对南阳、江汉原油的平均脱钙率达到80%以上,脱铁率为29%以上;加入RPD脱钙剂后,电脱盐罐的电流降低,每年可节电1.149×105kW.h。The decalcification agent of RPD was developed by Research Institute of Petroleum Processing, SINOPEC, China. The RPD was applied in electric desahing section of atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit in worksite of the author. The results showed that the calcium and iron removal rate was over 80% and 29% respectively for Nanyang-Jianghan mixed oil. Meanwhile, power of 1.149×10^5kW·h/a can be saved with the decalcification agent resulted in decrease of electric current in the desalting tank.
