摘  要:连续重整装置自开工以来,预加氢系统压力降高、精制油硫含量不合格的问题一直困扰着装置的长周期运行。对催化剂的性能、原料石脑油的性质及输送方式等进行了分析研究,认为罐车公路运输的石脑油中氧含量高是导致预加氢系统结焦、压力降升高、精制油硫含量不合格的根本原因。为了保证预加氢反应器的正常运行,采用了热力除氧工艺。热力除氧系统投用后,原料石脑油中氧的质量浓度由2.0~7.0 mg/L降低到0.1 mg/L,有效抑制了预加氢系统压力降的增长速度。Since starting of the continuous catalytic reforming unit, the long period operation has been impeded by troubles of high pressure drop in pre-hydrogenation section and disqualification of sulfur content in the refined oil. The root cause of coking in the pre- hydrogenation section, the high pressure drop and sulfar content unqualified of the refined oil is resulted from high oxygen content in the raw naphtha as a result of the transport with tanker in highway. In order to ensure normal operation of the pre-hydrogenation reactor, thermal deoxygenization system is installed in operation, the oxygen concentration of the naphtha to pre- hydrogenation reactor reduced from 2.0-7.0 mg/L to 0.1 mg/L, the pressure drop in perfect state.
