摘 要:从乙交酯(GA)单体出发,以二水合氯化亚锡(SnCl2.2H2O)为催化剂,在高压条件下,进行开环聚合制备高分子量的生物可降解材料聚羟基乙酸(PGA);通过一系列的单因素实验研究了乙交酯的纯度、聚合压力、催化剂用量、聚合时间等因素对聚羟基乙酸相对重均分子量(Mw)的影响规律,根据单因素实验的结果设计并进行了正交试验。采用STATISTICA6.0对正交试验的数据进行分析,得出最优工艺:反应温度196.5℃,反应时间3.5h,催化剂用量n(cat.)/n(GA)=1.7×10-5。进行该工艺验证实验,制备了相对重均分子量可以达到1.61×105的聚羟基乙酸。Ring-opening polymerization of polyglycolic acid (PGA) with high molecular weight under high pressure in reaction still was studied in the presence of glycolide(GA) as monomer and tin(If) chloride dihydrate as catalyst. The influence of synthesis condition on weight-average molecular weight (Mw) was investigated by a series of single factor experiments. Orthogonal experiment was carried out to obtain optimum process according the result of single factor experiments. Critical values of technological conditions were obtained by the Analysis of the result of orthogonal experiment with STATISTICA6.0. The weight-average molecular weight of Polyglycolic acid was as up to 1.61 X l0s under optimum conditions as follow: reaction temperature 196.5℃, reaction time 3h, catalyst concentration n(cat. )/n(GA)= 1.7 X 10-s.
