摘  要:目的研究红景天对大鼠高原低压缺氧损伤的保护作用。方法 60只SD大鼠随机分为6组:西宁组、西宁预处理组、兴海组、兴海预处理组、玛多组、玛多预处理组,每组10只,红景天预处理后,制作大鼠高原低压缺氧模型,观察大鼠神经功能改变;取脑组织并用甲苯胺蓝和Hoechst 33258染色观察和测定神经元变性和细胞凋亡比例。结果红景天可改善低压缺氧对大鼠神经功能的损伤,减少皮质和海马神经细胞变性比例,改善脑组织学的损伤,并能降低皮质、海马神经细胞的凋亡比例。结论红景天对低压缺氧脑损伤有一定的保护作用。Objective It is to investigate the protective effect of Rhodiola sachalinensis (RS) on hypobaric hypoxia injury of rat in altitude environment. Methods 60 SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: Xining group and Xining RS group, Xinghai group and Xinghai RS group, Maduo group and Maduo RS group, and each group with 10 rats. After RS was given, the hypobaric hypoxia injury model was made. Then the changes of rats nervous function were observed, the morphs changes of neurons was observed by Nissle staining and apoptosis rate of neurons was detected by Hoechst 33258 staining in rat brain. Results RS decreased the nervous function impairment, and reduced the neuron cells degenerate rate in cortex and hippocam- pi, improved brain histology damage, and decreased the neuron apoptosis in cortex and hippocampi. Conclusion RS has a protective effect on hypobaric hypoxia injury.
