摘　　要：探讨地理信息系统与计自由机技术在城市地价评估中的应用与开发 ,并结合课题成果说明城市地价评估信息系统的构建过程 .该过程包括系统分析、系统软硬件平台的确定、系统功能设计的技术路线及系统集成方案的确定 .We discuss application and development of CIS and computer technology in urban land evaluation, and indicate the course of establishing urban land evaluation information system linking harvest of a question for discussion. The course includes in system analysis, confirmation of systematic software and hardware roof garden, technical route of system function design, confurmation of systematic integration project.
