摘 要:以丙烯酸酯类弹性体(KT–28)和热塑性聚氨酯(PUR-T)为增韧剂,通过熔融共混法对聚甲醛(POM)进行增韧改性,研究了这2种增韧剂含量对POM熔体流动速率(MFR)、韧性和拉伸强度的影响。结果表明,随KT–28和PUR-T含量的增加,POM的MFR和拉伸强度逐渐降低,缺口冲击强度和断裂伸长率逐渐升高;KT–28增韧POM的MFR低于PUR-T增韧POM,表明KT–28与POM的相容性比PUR-T更好;POM/KT–28的缺口冲击强度和断裂伸长率均高于POM/PUR-T,且当增韧剂质量分数低于12%时,KT–28对POM拉伸强度的劣化影响比PUR-T的小,同时KT–28具有比PUR-T更低的价格成本,是一种增韧效果好且价格低廉的POM增韧剂。Polyoxymethylene (POM) was toughened with acrylic ester type elastomer (KT-28) and thermoplastic polyurethane (PUR-T) as toughening agent through melt blending, effects of the two toughening agents contents on melt flow rate (MFR), toughness and tensile strength of POM were studied. The results show that with content of KT-28 and PUR-T increasing, the MFR and tensile strength of POM decrease, instead, the notched impact strength and enelongation at break increase. The MFR of POM toughened by KT-28 is lower than that of POM toughened by PUR-T, which indicated that the compatibility of KT-28 and POM is better than that of PUR-T and POM. The notched impact strength and elongation at break of POM toughened by KT-28 are higher than those of POM toughened by PUR-T, meanwhile, the degradation effect of KT-28 on the tensile strength of POM is less than that of PUR-T when the mass fraction of toughening agent is below 12% and the price of KT-28 is lower than PUR-T, so it is a toughening agent with good toughening effect and low price for POM.
